Getting Started with the Integration

Watch the demoStep 1: Administrator Access
  • Upon enabling the Xoxoday Plum integration, a reset password link is sent to the registered company email.
  • The registered email acts as the administrator account for configuration and management.
Step 2: Initial Setup
  • Log in and update platform settings, including:
Conversion factor
  • Time zone
  • Company logo and themes
  • Receive the SAP® SuccessFactors® Client API Configuration, which includes:
Company ID
  • API Key
  • Private Key
  • Base API URL
  • Upload IDP Metadata (one-time process) to enable Single Sign-On for employees.
Step 3: Configuration Verification
  • Verify the setup by checking the configuration module’s status report.
Step 4: Employee Access
  • Employees can redeem points collected in SAP® SuccessFactors®.
  • Single Sign-On redirects them to Plum, where they can choose from the reward catalog to redeem points.
Step 5: Availability
  • The Xoxoday Plum rewards app is listed on the SAP® App Center.
  • Contact our rewards consultants to explore the Xoxoday-SuccessFactors® integration.

Redemption procedure

  • Log in to your SAP SF account.
  • On the Home tab, click ‘Compensation’.
  • See your points accumulation and click ‘Redeem’.
  • Get redirected on stores.xoxoday.com, you can see point balance sync here.
  • Select your Country & click on Gift Vouchers, experiences, or any other classification of your choice.
  • Select an option to checkout.
  • Select the denomination, and quantity and then click ** “Add to Cart”.**
  • On the payments page, click on Use xoxo points and then place the order. You may use a debit/credit card to pay additional points.
